Abstract
Village Funds are funds used for village community service needs, such as advancing, developing, or building the facilities and infrastructure needed by the village. The Village Fund originates from the allocation of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) transfer. In using the Village Fund, it is necessary to have a research activity to measure the level of efficiency, which is then used as evaluation and consideration for the village in the next period. The objects of this research are 18 villages in Pacitan District, Pacitan Regency for the 2019 budget year using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The input variables used include capital and operational costs, while the output variable is Village Original Income (PADes). The results of this study indicate that there are 3 villages that are efficient, while 15 other villages are still not efficient. The villages that are already efficient are Kayen village, Sedeng village, and Sambong village with an efficiency value of 100%. Villages that have reached the level of efficiency are expected to be able to maintain it. Meanwhile, villages that are not efficient are expected to be able to reduce the use of their inputs according to the villages recommended in the DEA method.
