Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of user participation, user ability, organizational size, user training and education, and top management support on the performance of the Accounting Information System in BMTs in Boyolali. The population in this study were 20 BMT in Boyolali Regency. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique with a sample of 64 BMT employees in Boyolali Regency. The analysis technique used is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that user participation, user ability, user training and education have no effect on AIS performance. Meanwhile, organization size and top management support have an effect on AIS performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.341.
