Abstract
Local governments allocate funds in the form of capital budgets in the Regional Revenue Expenditures to add fixed assets. So far, regional spending has been used more for routine expenditures which are relatively less productive. The purpose of this study is to prove empirically about the influence of Local Revenue, General Allocation Funds, SiLPA, and Special Allocation Funds on Economic Growth with Capital Expenditures as Moderating Variables in 2014-2016. The population in this study is the Regency / City of Central Java Province which consists of 35 Regencies / Cities. This research uses secondary data in the form of 2014-2016 APBD Realization Report. In this study, the model test for hypothesis testing will be carried out using Moderated Regression Analysis. The data that has been collected is analyzed first by testing the classical assumptions. The results of this study indicate 1) local revenue has an effect on economic growth. 2) general allocation funds affect economic growth. 3) the remaining excess of budget financing has no effect on economic growth. 4) special allocation funds affect economic growth. 5) capital expenditure affects economic growth. 6) local revenue does not moderate capital spending on the relationship between economic growth. 7) general allocation funds moderate capital expenditures in relation to economic growth. 8) the remaining excess of budget financing does not moderate capital spending on the relationship of economic growth. 9) special allocation funds moderate capital spending on the relationship of economic growth.
