Abstract
The challenge for official workshops today is the ability to keep up with and deal with the ongoing changes that are happening inside and outside the workshop. Carfix repair shop is a business unit of PT Global Carfix that serves various types of repairs for all brands of cars. As an action to follow these changes, it is necessary to evaluate performance or strategic behavior in market competition which then has implications for company performance. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method that aims to make decisions based on the process of formulating a priority interest strategy. The preparation of criteria uses the Marketing Mix approach, namely 7P as the basis for creating a hierarchy in measuring the performance of Carfix workshops. The results of calculations using the AHP method show that the most influencing criteria are environmental conditions that are safe and comfortable with a value of 0.080, easy access to the workshop with a weight of 0.067, and service results as promised by the workshop and according to customer expectations with a value of 0.044.
