Abstract

Work agreement regulations by PT Mitra Andalan Sakti with Rena Rekalme is regulated in civil code. This study aims to analyze how the legal construction of the agreement between PT Mitra Andalan Sakti and Rena Reklame is viewed from a civil law perspective and how the legal responsibilities of the parties in the employment agreement between PT Mitra Andalan Sakti and Rena Reklame are viewed from a civil law perspective. This approach uses a normative juridical approach. This type of research is descriptive. The data collection method used in this research is using the library research method and studying the primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials conducted at PT. Mitra Andalan Sakti in Semarang. The results of this study indicate that PT. Mitra Andalan Sakti in Semarang and Rena Rekalme have carried out an architectural work agreement and legal responsibility in accordance with civil code.
