Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic rewards, extrinsic rewards and employee training on employee performance mediated by work motivation (Telkom Akses Solo Case Study). The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents Telkom Akses Solo employees using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique used non probability sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is no significant influence between intrinsic reward and work motivation. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between extrinsic rewards and job training on work motivation, 3) There is a significant influence between work motivation and intrinsic rewards on employee performance 4) There is no positive and significant influence between extrinsic rewards and job training on employee performance 4) Work motivation does not mediate between intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards for performance 5) Work motivation mediates between job training and employee performance
