Abstract

The Influence of Waste Program Bank's Activities "Semut Harjo" CSR of PT Tirta Investama - Klaten Towards Community Household Waste Management Behavior in Wangen Town, Klaten District.Waste management which implemented by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of important activity which must be done to give positive impact to the society and environmental care. By doing waste management program, the society's mindset would change and could be used as a benefit work. Waste Bank could also increase the economy of society. This research is using explanative method and quantitative analysis. It aims to reveal the impact of waste bank program towards society behavior in managing the waste in Wangen Town, Polanharjo, Klaten District. By using concept of attitudes, this research has an analysis result that could be concluded as 60 percent determination value states that "semut Harjo" Waste Bank Program Activity could change the behavior of society regarding their waste bank in Wangen Town, Polanharjo, Klaten District.
