Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size and financial characteristics including capital structure, assets growth, profitability and liquidity to the firm value. This study obtained data directly by using secondary data from annual report of companies on website www.idx.co.id. Population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on IDX between 2016-2018. This study obtained 172 manufacturing companies as sample by using purposive sampling method. This study using multiple linear regression as a data analysis method. The results showed that firm size, capital structure, and profitability affect significantly the firm value, and assets growth and liquidity do not affect the firm value.
