Abstract

The objectives of this study is: 1) The effect of business opportunities on the effort success of the mi soun. 2) The effect of financial management on the effort success of the mi soun. 3) The effect of business opportunities and financial management on the effort success of the mi soun. This type of research is research quantitative. The population in this study were 50 mi soun entrepreneurs in Manjung Village, Ngawen District, Klaten Regency. The required data is obtained through questionnaiires and documentation. The regression analysis result obtained the regression line equation: Y + 59,797 + 0,336X1 + 0,044X2. The equation shows that effort success is influenced by business opportunities and financial management. The conclusios drawn are: 1) There is an acceptable effect of business opportunities on effort success. This is based on the ttest, it is known that tcount > ttabel, 2.483 > 0.67964 and a effective contribution of 24.2544%, if effort success is to be obtained then business opportunities must be identified. 2) There is an acceptable influence of financial management on effort success. This is based on the ttest , it is known that tcount > ttable is 1.946 > 0.67964 and the effective contribution is 44.3831%. if you want to have effort success, entrepreneurs must pay attention to and improve the financial management system. 3) There is an acceptable influence of business opportunities and financial management on effort success. This is based on the F test, it is known that Fcount > Ftable, namely 3.548 > 3.20. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) is 68.6375%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. Business opportunities and financial management must be balanced so that effort success can be increased.
