Abstract

Mita Aprilliawati, Business Actors and Halal Criteria (Study of Halal Product Processes of Street Vendors in Ngawi District Square, East Java), Master of Law Science at the Postgraduate School of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, 2020 Street vendors or abbreviated as PKL are often interpreted because there are five feet of traders. The five legs are the merchant's two legs plus the wagon's three "legs" (which are actually three wheels or two wheels and one leg). Street vendors are part of the urban informal sector that develops goods and services production activities. the application of halal labels by street vendors is important and traders really take into account what halal aspects they sell. However, traders do not fully know the rules issued by the government so that there is a need for counseling to be carried out by the local government to street vendors.
