Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ownership structure which includes institutional ownership, managerial ownership and financial characteristics including solvency, profitability, liquidity on firm value. The study obtained data directly by using secondary data from annual report of companies on website www.idx.co.id. Population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on IDX Between 2016-2018. This study obtained 174 manufacturing companies as sample by using purposive sampling method. This study using multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis method. The results showed that institusional ownership, solvability, profitability, and liquidity affect significantly the firm value, and manajerial ownership do not affect the firm value.
