Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the misery of war in the French lieutenant’s woman by John Fowles (1987) with sociological perspective. This study belongs to qualitative research. The technique of data collection of this research is library research and technique of data analysis of this research is clarifying the obtained data by selecting the necessary one and analyzing data based on Sociological perspective. The results of this analysis show how great misery of war gives the impact on human life. The misery of war which can cause depression.
