Abstract

School program is a comprehensive program to optimize the use of all existing and possible resources to achieve desired goals in the future. To improve the quality of education at Colomadu State Senior High School, the principal makes and implements these programs. Colomadu State Senior High School in making the program carried out the planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring stages. This study aims to describe the schools program in Colomadu State Senior High School and to describe the results of the quality of education at Colomadu State Senior High School. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. In collecting data, researchers used interview, observation, and documentation methods. While the data analysis method used is descriptive. The results of the discussion show that the programs in Colomadu State Senior High School are the Discipline Program, the Literacy Program, the 7K Program, the Religious Program and the Edification Program. These programs are carried out on Tuesday - Friday such as disciplinary programs carried out every day, literacy programs are carried out every Tuesday and Thursday, 7k programs are carried out on Tuesday and Thursday, religious programs are carried out on Wednesdays, and the sowing program is carried out on Tuesday - Friday. Based on the research results, researchers can conclude that the program in improving the quality of education at Colomadu State Senior High School can be said to be successful; with evidence of various achievements both in the academic and non-academic fields as well as the increase in the average UNBK score.
