Abstract

Education is a means that will plan and carry out the process and assess learning, provide guidance and training, and conduct research and community service, especially as an educator. Pulokulon sub-district has 64 public primary schools registered with the local education office. Based on the survey obtained, there were 1 public elementary school accredited A, 59 public elementary schools accredited B, and 4 public elementary schools accredited C. This study aims to analyze the quality and quantity of human resources for teachers in public elementary schools in Pulokulon sub-district and the factors that affect the quality and quantity of human resources in public elementary schools in Pulokulon district. The research method used is secondary data processing and primary data. The results of the study were: (1) knowing the differences in secondary and primary data facilities and infrastructure data, (2) knowing the performance of the teaching staff at the five public elementary schools accredited A, B, and C. (3) Knowing the number of students actively using primary data and secondary, (4) Knowing the quality and quantity of 5 public elementary schools accredited A, B, and C.
