Abstract

Abstract This article aims to find out the implementation of the Group Resume method in the study of Islamic Religious Education during this Covid-19 pandemic. Group Resume learning strategy is a stage of learning development to be active by giving assignments to students in groups. Group Resume method means summarizing the material in groups of 3-6 people. The research method in this paper is literature, because the source of data reference is journal writing. This research is descriptive-qualitative, because it describes the facts in words (verbal). In order to make the data more accurate, the author cross-checks the verbal data with the teacher's practice in field learning. The spread of the Covid-19 epidemic is even almost universal in the world so it deserves to be called Pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic originating in Wuhan, China is very broad covering many aspects of life, from health, economy, politics, and education. In the context of education, the Covid-19 epidemic has truly changed the way our mainstream world of education in the form of interaction becomes learning through online or e-learning. This phenomenon of teaching and learning occurs almost completely in the world of education in Indonesia. The results of research from the journal that the author did show that the current learning used during this pandemic is e-learning. E-learning is a teaching-learning activity in which a teacher and student interact using electronic technology media connected to the internet in a way of learning to teach. However, learning to teach e-learning models using this Group Resume method also has weaknesses as well as many advantages. In line with the e-learning learning displayed in the journal is already synchronized with the practice of learning in the field. Using Group Resumes in e-learning can be implemented using WhatsApp. Keywords: implementation, group resume method, islamic education
