Abstract

Malioblora comes from the word "malih o" which means "change" and "blora" is the name of the district. Malioblora also comes from the word "mulya blora" which means Blora who is prosperous and pleasant. Blora needs a place as a place to support all activities that can develop the economy of Blora Regency by paying attention to the physical condition of the building and the comfort of the users. Malioblora shopping street is a commercial area that sells a variety of primary and secondary products. Arrangement of retail and other supporting buildings on Jalan Gatot Subroto and Jalan Mr. Iskandar is very concerned about and needs to be aligned because the two road sections are located in the 0 kilometer point area of Blora Regency (the southern area of Blora Square). The concept of a neat, unique, attractive and functional pedestrian shopping street will be the main point in developing the concept of Malioblora as a commercial area in Blora Regency. Malioblora is expected to be one of the breakthroughs that can arouse the passion of the people of Blora to build and improve the economy of Blora Regency for the better.
