Abstract

PT. SURYAMU is a wholesale trade business to serve SURYAMU outlets that serve the needs of Muhammadiyah residents and the general public in Sukoharjo and surrounding areas. In the stock investment system therein is not widely known by shareholder customers. As well as whether the stock investment system at PT. SURYAMU is in accordance with Islamic law. In this research method the researcher used the field research method using a qualitative approach. By directly making observations at PT. SURYAMU, interviews with management, and documentation of activities in the research field. Data analysis uses deductive analysis methods, namely general data to specific data. The results of this study, researchers found that the stock investment system at PT. SURYAMU's Weru business unit is in accordance with Islamic law by using the syirkah ‘an agreement with the development of the concept of syirkah musahamah, namely cooperation in the form of a share certificate.
