Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) implementation of Pancasila values during the Covid 19 pandemic by the Golkar Party Youth Force (AMPG), Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency, 2) obstacles in the implementation of Pancasila values during the Covid 19 pandemic by AMPG, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency, and 3) resolution of obstacles in the implementation of Pancasila values during the Covid 19 pandemic by AMPG Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological design. The data was collected by means of interview, observation, and documentation techniques. After the data collected were analyzed using interactive model analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The implementation of Pancasila values during the Covid-19 pandemic by AMPG Gondangrejo District by contributing to the success of the government's appeal in controlling the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The appeal that was conveyed included procedures for worship. This is shows a form of practicing the 1st precepts of Pancasila. The form of practicing the 2nd precepts of Pancasila is carried out with an appeal to maintain one's health so that there is no transmission from the sick to the healthy, by wearing a mask, washing hands and using a hand sanitizer. The form of practicing the 3rd precepts of Pancasila, by helping to maintain security and order in society, by mediating differences in the practice of worship. The form of practicing the 4th precepts of Pancasila is carried out in a joint manner with community leaders conduct coordination deliberations in understanding the community about the importance of following the government's appeal not to move outside the home. The form of practicing the 5th precepts of Pancasila is done by distributing masks, helping fulfill water needs for the community and spraying disinfectants. 2) The obstacle in implementing Pancasila values during the Covid-19 pandemic by AMPG Gondangrejo District are that they cannot move freely, restrictions on gathering and crowding, there is no planning of activities in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, there is no implementation of activities that can be carried out in an open manner, there is disruption of coordination that only relies on the internet network. 3) Resolving obstacles in implementing Pancasila values during the Covid-19 pandemic by AMPG, Gondangrejo District, are relying on togetherness in the management of AMPG, maintaining solidity and unity between AMPG management and members, prioritizing the needs needed by the community, and maintain security and order together with the community.
