Abstract

This research aims to discuss and analyze financial factors and corporate governance factors on stock price. Financial factors that used in the research are Profit Margin (PM), Return On Equity (ROE), Price to Book Value (PBV) and Price to Earning Ratio (PER). While corporate governance factors require using an Independent Commisioner. The data used in this research is secondary data, which can be accessed through the IDX’s official website (www.idx.com). The population in this research are companies listed in the LQ 45 index in the 2015-2018 period. For sample selection used purposive sampling technique, so that 70 companies can be obtained as research samples during the study. The reseach method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that the variable of price to book value affect the stock price. While the independent commisioner, profit margin, return on equity and price to earning ratio did not affect stock price.
