Abstract

In Indonesia there are many water resources, both in the form of ground water, rivers, and the sea. Of course it is not easy to process these resources, there are many problems that must be resolved in processing these resources, for example the problem of drought during drought, how we have to provide raw water and water for irrigation when drought occurs, and other problems, one of which is how to overcome the problem with building weirs. The Surakarta City Flood Management Project, particularly in the work of the Tirtonadi Rubber Dam. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Tirtonadi Dam. Dam Construction Project in Surakarta, in terms of time and rescheduling of activities using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method. The work evaluation is carried out in the 1st to 15th months, so that there is remaining time, that is, 15 months out of all 28 calendar months. The realization of work from the 1st to the 14th months has experienced a significant delay caused by many design changes and also the CCO. In this case the researcher controls the remaining work time by the method of acceleration (crashing) to find the most optimum time and minimize the risk of work delays. The CPM path chosen is the CPM path with trajectory through critical activities, namely the kistdam, the work of procuring and installing rubber weirs, unloading and repairing, installation of inspection bridge glass, tirtonadi weir nomenclature, installing elevation board, and supporting buildings. Furthermore, several Trial and Error experiments were carried out and obtained the acceleration of Trial and Error 2 trials, the optimum time was 189 days and the cost efficiency was Rp. 204,856,643 from the total value of the work of the Tirtonadi weir in the amount of Rp. 10,932,720,424.
