Abstract

The purpose of research to know the role , strategy , innovation , supporting factors and inhibitors and efforts being made by the principal visionary .Data sources spoken and the survey say google form , a photograph , and the school document .Data collection by observation techniques , interview , and documentation .The validity of the data using triangulation sources and triangulation technique .Analysis techniques data using data collection , the reduction of the data , presentation of data and verification of data .The results of the study the role of visionary school principals and school determine policy , do a change school programs , motivator , a negotiator and speakers and in various places. Innovation principal e-money e-learning and learning and innovation , development of extracurricular activities , the addition of extracurricular program computer and development program in computer laboratories , the treasurer and the bums , coaching and of all the teachers and employees , do the prayer together, kultum, innovation canteen schools and management of libraries , school website , enabling home visit , building and improving discipline for students with m1 automatically by smart .Supporting factors such as quality teachers and employees professional , sarpras , the school strategic , support from various parties .While the number of elements case that is too much school that is too much, trouble follows technology , the school operational funding , the lack of time , with the school programs .Efforts to overcome the barrier of the waka ) ( deputy head , evaluation and supervision , communicationwith the competent, increase in the discipline and joint commitment to school.
