Abstract

this study is to describe the use of learning resources in realizing GLS in SD Negeri 2 Soco by providing solutions to problems encountered in realizing the GLS program. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data collection technique used was triangulation to test the validity of the data in the study. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) The use of learning resources in realizing GLS in SD Negeri 2 Soco has been running smoothly, almost all of the learning resources provided by the school have been used by teachers in the process of implementing GLS activities. (2) The supporting factor in implementing GLS at SD Negeri 2 Soco is the availability of diverse and complete learning resources, with experienced and competent teachers accordingly. While the inhibiting factor in implementing GLS is the lack of teaching staff so that the implementation of GLS is not programmed. Besides, learning resources in the form of LCD cannot be provided in every classroom. (3) The solution to the obstacles that arise in the GLS at SD Negeri 2 Soco is to seek additional teaching staff so that the implementation of GLS can be programmed then seek donations of funds from student guardians and from boss funds to meet LCD needs in each classroom.
