Abstract

Surakata City or commonly called Solo is one of the major cities in Indonesia with fairly rapid economic development. This triggered the developers to open several shopping centers in the city of Surakarta for the development of their business. Shopping center buildings are vital buildings categories. The technical aspect that is often used is the latest Indonesian SNI. This shopping center building is planned with reinforced concrete frame with SRPMM system. Technical aspects are guided by SNI 1726: 2012, SNI 2847: 2013, SNI 1727: 2013 and SNI 1729: 2002. The quality of the material used is concrete (f'c) = 25 MPa, plain reinforcement of BJTP 24 (ties), plain reinforcement of BJTP 30, and deform reinforcement of BJTD 35.The roof truss with steel profile BJ41. Because the building is located in Surakarta with Ss = 0.749 and S1 = 0.314, the building is in a high earthquake probability. And based on N-SPT data from the boring test, the building is located on a medium soil site. Analysis of structural mechanics with the help of software "SAP2000". Planning consists of a roof structure, and repeated concrete (slab, roof, floor, sloof, retaining wall column and ceiling). The roof truss is designed with hollow pipe steel profiles. Roof and building concrete slabs are used in thickness of 120 mm and 200 mm on the basement floor. On the roof floor plate Ø10 and Ø8 reinforcement, main floor plate using D13 and D8 reinforcement, basemant floor plate D16 and D10 reinforcement, D13 and D8 reinforcement. The dimensions of the main beam are used 400/600 mm, 450/700 mm, and 450/750 mm with reinforcement D22 and Ø10. Dimensions of beams are used 250/500 mm with reinforcement D22 and Ø8. Sloof dimensions used include 400/600 mm with reinforcement D22 and Ø8. Column dimensions are used 650/650 mm and 750/750 mm with reinforcement D25 and Ø10. Retaining wall used is a cantilever type with reinforcement D22, D19, D16, and D13. Foundation using product of PT WIKA CONCRETE piles of 400/400 mm size. Pile caps are used in thickness of 1000 mm with sizes including 2000 x 2000 mm, 2500 x 2500 mm, and 3000 x 3000 mm with deform reinforcement of D22 and D19.
