Abstract
This study aims to (1) analyze the efficiency level of the pizza business in the Solo Raya area. (2) Analyze the level of optimization of input use in the Pizza business in the Solo Raya area. and (3) Analyze the level of optimizing of output acquisition at the Pizza business in Solo. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach to all 8 brands of pizza in the Solo Raya area. Input variables used are raw material costs, labor costs, number of employees, and number of outlets. Meanwhile, the output is sales profit, net profit, and gross profit. This study uses secondary data, which is obtained from the owner, manager, and supervisor of each pizza brand in the Solo Raya area using the documentation method. The analytical tool used is the efficiency analysis with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The results showed that 3 out of 8 pizza brands in the Solo Raya area were not efficient. In taking the predetermined outputs, they have not been optimal in the use of inputs, that is, they have not been optimal in determining the amount of raw material costs, labor costs, the number of outlets and the number of employees. As for the use of their inputs, they are also not optimal in their output, namely sales and net income
