Abstract
Life Insurance Business is a business that provides risk management services that provide payments to policyholders, insured, or other parties that are entitled to the insured dies or remains alive, or other payments to policyholders, insured, or other parties who are entitled at a certain time regulated in the agreement, the amount of which has been determined and or based on the results of fund management. This study aims to determine life insurance agreements at Prudential insurance companies, to determine life insurance agreements at Allianz insurance companies and to determine the comparison between life insurance agreements at Prudential insurance companies with life insurance agreements at Allianz insurance companies. This study uses a doctrinal or normative approach, because in this study the study examined whether life insurance agreements at Prudential insurance companies and Allianz insurance companies are in accordance with the law in this case Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance. This type of research is descriptive because it is to describe or explain the data as thoroughly as possible about the condition or other symptoms of the research namely about how the legal construction in life insurance agreements at the Prudential insurance company and the Allianz insurance company. The results showed that insurance in PT. Allianz Life Indonesia in accordance with Article 246, 255 of the Commercial Law Act and Article 1 number (1) of Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance. life insurance agreement PT. Prudential Life Assurance with the policy holder Mr. Anjani Putra Wijaya has fulfilled the legal terms of the agreement that is to agree that they are bound, the ability to make an agreement, a certain thing, a halal cause and in accordance with Article 1320 of the Civil Code. life insurance agreement at PT Prudential Life Assurance and PT Allianz Life Indonesia, the same life insurance agreement is in written form and in accordance with Article 255 of the Commercial Code which reads "coverage must be given in writing with a deed that is named a policy".
