Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) The effect of interpersonal communication between teachers and students has an effect on student achievement. 2) The influence of the school environment affects students' learning achievement. 3) To The influence of interpersonal communication between teachers and students and the school environment has an effect on student achievement. This type of research is an associative quantitative study with a Sampling 0f 84 student using propotional random sampling. Data obtained by questionnaire and documentation techniques. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression techniques, t-test, f-test,relative contribution and effective contribution. The regression analysis results obtained the regression line equation: Y = 48,495 + 0,530X1 + 0,598X2. The conclusion drawn is: 1) Interpersonal communication between teachers and students on student achievement is acceptable. 2) The school environment on student achievement is acceptable. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) it is known that 3) Interpersonal communication between teachers and students and the school environment on student achievement is acceptable, This is based on the analysis of multiple linear regression variance (F test),. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.620 indicates that the influence of interpersonal communication between teachers and students and the school environment on student achievement is 62%, while the reamining 38% is influenced by other variables not wxamined.
