Abstract
This study aims to describe the ability of teacher in planning 4C based integrative thematic learning for 5th grade students of SD Negeri Kedung Rembang. The research subject is the slassroom teacher. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The interview instrument uses an interview sheet. The validity of the data used data triangulation techniques, data analysis technique, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the research the classroom teacher still have difficult in making 4C based integrative thematic learning planning. The difficulties experienced by the teacher were in making syllabus, lesson plans, and the availability of media and teaching aids. There all still incomplete media and teaching aids in school..the solution to overcome the inhibiting factors in making 4C-based integrative thematic learning planning is to pay attention to the syllabus and lesson plans components, then make stages such as mapping competency standards and basic competencies, formulating objectives, and determining material.
