Abstract

Abstrak Saat ini masyarakat lebih berfokus memilih pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang bermutu. Puskesmas sebagai pelayanan kesehatan tingkat dasar bertanggungjawab menyelenggarakan pembangunan kesehatan dengan menekankan pentingnya upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan kajian literatur mengenai mutu pelayanan di tingkat puskesmas / primary health care dilakukan untuk meninjau faktor asosiasi atau hubungan yang berkaitan dengan mutu pelayanan puskesmas. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan sumber data penelitian berupa publikasi jurnal melalui basis data elektronik berupa database google scholar, research gate, academia edu, PubMed dan MDPI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 8 artikel yang dilakukan review menunjukkan hubungan faktor asosiasi mutu pelayanan di puskesmas meliputi keandalan (reliability), responsivitas (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (empathy) dan wujud (tangible) diketahui bahwa jenis kelamin perempuan lebih dominan dalam memeriksakan diri di puskesmas dengan usia dominan 18-44 tahun. Pada tingkat pendidikan tingkat dasar, yaitu pada tingkat SD dan SMP dengan jenis pekerjaan swasta dan yang tidak bekerja. Seluruh artikel yang direview merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crossectional dengan kesamaan variabel yang digunakan adalah mutu pelayanan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling dari pengembangan dari random sampling dan populasi pasien di puskesmas (primary healthcare/ community healthcare). Adanya hubungan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat puskesmas terhadap faktor asosiasi yang meliputi bukti langsung (tangibles), kehandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan empati (empathy). Kesiapan serta perbaikan bagi pelayanan kesehatan dalam menjaga mutu pelayanannya untuk memenuhi tingkat kepuasan dan harapan dalam diri masyarakat serta memicu masyarakat kembali menggunakan jasa pelayanan puskesmas. Kata kunci: pasien umum, pelayanan kesehatan, regular patient. Abstract Currently, people are more focused on choosing quality public health services. Puskesmas as a basic level health service is responsible for carrying out health development by emphasizing the importance of effort to improve the quality of health services. The goals of this literature review on the quality of service at the primary health care level is carried out to review the association or relationship factors related to the quality of primary health care services.The research was conducted using the literature review method with research data sources in the form of journal publications through electronic databases in the form of google scholar database, research gate, academia edu, PubMed and MDPI. Based on the results of research from 8 articles that were reviewed, it showed that the association factors of service quality at the health center include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy (empathy) and tangiable. It was know that female sex is more dominant in have a check at the puskesmas with a dominant age of 18-44 years. At the basic level of education, namely at the elementary and junior high school levels with private and non-working types of work. All articles reviewed are quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach with the same variable used is the quality of service using a sampling technique from the development of random sampling and the patient population in public health center (primary health care/community health care). There is a relationship between the quality of health services at the primary health care level with associated factors which include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Readiness and improvement for health services in maintaining the quality of their services to meet the level of satisfaction and expectations in the community as well as triggering people to return to using puskesmas services.
