Abstract

From the phenomena obtained, the grabbike driver partners are not satisfied with what they get while working, because changes in bonus income often change and are considered increasingly difficult. The research subjects were 200 grabbike driver partners in the city of Solo. The sampling technique used was accidendal sampling. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the correlation between workload and work-life balance with job satisfaction, 2) correlation between workload and job satisfaction, and 3) correlation between work life balance and job satisfaction, 4) Effective contribution, and 5) to determine the categorization of each variable. The population in this study were all grabbike driver partners in Solo. The research method used a quantitative approach, data collection tools used a workload scale (21 items; α = 0.765), a work-life balance scale (26 items; α = 0.850), and a job satisfaction scale (25 items; α = 0.832). The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that: 1) there is a very significant relationship between workload and work-life balance with job satisfaction. 2) there is a very significant positive relationship between workload and job satisfaction, 3) there is a very significant positive relationship between work-life balance and work satisfaction. The empirical average workload is moderate, work-life balance is very low, and job satisfaction is low. The effective contribution of the relationship between workload and work-life balance with work satisfaction is based on the coefficient R2 = 21.4% with details of the workload variable contribution of 2.3% and the work-life balance variable 19.1%, while 78.6% is influenced by variables other.
