Abstract
An increase in the number of people along with a high level of public consumption is one of the triggers for the amount of waste to swell. This study aims to identify hazards that have the potential to cause work accidents and carry out risk mitigation to minimize or eliminate risks to the household waste supply chain in Klaten Regency. With the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, And Risk Control (HIRARC) approach, it is intended to carry out hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control. The results of this study obtained 48 identified potential hazards with a total of 26 activities in the supply chain. The percentage of risk values is 2% very high risk (extreme risk), 36% high risk (high risk), and 58% medium risk (medium risk) and 4% low risk (low risk). Control risk by using PPE, administrative control, engineering control and substitution. Keywords: Waste, Supply Chain, Risk Mitigation, HIRARC.
