Abstract

Increasing human growth in the current era demands developments in the field of development both infrastructure and high buildings are increasingly being done by the government and the private sector for the achievement of prosperity for mankind especially Indonesia as a developing country. One of them is retail as a place to sell various kinds of human needs, both primary needs (primary) and secondary needs (supporting), but the MITRA 10 retail project is a retail project that is specialized in the property sector which is included in the primary needs humans are dwellings (house). Mitra 10 Retail Building has 2 floors with 9.800 m2 areas using 0.6 m diameter pillar foundation. This study aims to determine the largest axial load received by the column, determine the value of the supporting capacity of single and group drill piles, determine the number of poles needed to support the largest column load, and determine the reinforcement requirements on the pile cap and drill pole. Re-planning the foundation using a 0.6 m diameter drill pole with the Reese and Wright method and the Alpha (α) method. The layers of soil contained in the Mitra 10 retail building project are layered soils where the depth is ± 0 to 8.5 meters is silt soil, depth of 8.5 to 10.5 meters is sand soil, depth of 10.5 to 12.5 meters is silt soil, depth 12.5 to 16 meters is of hard soil. The results show that the 2nd Floor of Mitra 10 Retail Building has the largest axial load received by the column of 9688.4863 kN. The value of the carrying capacity of a single drill pole is 3629,36 kN and the value of the carrying capacity of the drill pole group is 10828,846 kN. The number of poles needed to support the load of columns is spread by 10 poles. The need for reinforcement in the pile cap for the 'x' direction, namely: main reinforcement D29-120 and reinforcement for D19-100, for 'y' direction namely: main reinforcement D22-110 (central lane) and D22-190 (edge lane) while reinforcement for: D16-110 (center lane) and D16-190 (edge lane). The main reinforcement needs of the 15-D16 drill pole (As = 11039 mm2) and spiral reinforcement Ø10-250 (Av = 628,318 mm2).
