Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between stress of traffic and employee work productivity. The subjects in this study were all mechanics employee at PT. Hartono Raya Motor Jakarta. The sampling technique used was population study with 25 respondents as the sample. Data collection tools used in this research are marketing scale through driver stress inventory (DSI) and documentation. Data analysis was performed by Rank Spearman correlation analysis using SPSS 24 for windows. Based on data analysis between stress of traffic and employee work productivity, the coefficient (rxy) value is -0.191 and sig. (p) equal to 0,180 (p > 0.05), which not required at the p < 0.05 significancy level that means the results showed that the hypothesis stating there was a relationship between stress traffic and employee work productivity was rejected. Thus the level of stress traffic of employee is not have a corelation with their work productivity.
