Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe 1) Affective assessment in the 2013 curriculum at SD Jatibatur 1, 2) Problems faced by teachers in affective assessment of the 2013 curriculum at SD Negeri Jatibatur 1, 3) Solutions to the problems faced by teachers in affective assessment in the curriculum 2013 in SD Jatibatur 1. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive qualitative research design. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses triangulation of techniques and sources. Data analysis stages include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) Affective assessment has been applied by teachers, but in its implementation teachers must be able to improve it again in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. 2) Problems of teachers in affective assessment include: teachers unable to attend school, not mastering technology, lack of time, assessment Considered complicated and in the form of description, students have difficulty filling in the assessment sheets and some are dishonest, observing students' attitudes one by one, and there is an imbalance between affective and cognitive assessment. 3) Solutions to overcome these problems include: communicating with substitute teachers or indirect observation, learning the use of technology, managing time appropriately, attending seminars and looking for other references, explaining in more detail to students, coordinating with other teachers and looking for references others, and the principal conducts socialization.
