Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on repurchase intention through impulse buying as an intervening variable on Shopee.co.id consumers in the city of Surakarta. The sample used in this study were 130 respondents. Sampling techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling. Data analysis techniques using structural equation analysis (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of data analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest and no significant positive effect on impulsive purchases, price variables have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest and impulsive purchases, impulsive purchase variables have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, variables Product quality is not a significant positive effect on repurchase interest with impulsive purchases as an intervening variable, price variables have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest with impulsive purchases as an intervening variable.
