transformer is an electrical device that is included in the clarification of a static electric engine and has a function as a distributor of power or electric power from high power to low power or vice versa with the same frequency. The analysis carried out aims to determine the ratio of power losses without load and load and total costs of power losses. The steps taken in this research are collecting research materials from various scientific journals and books,collecting data directly to the Wonogiri Hydroelectric Power Plant, and analyzing the data obtained. From the results of the calculation of power loss without load the results are constant and the burden of power load always changes every year. The results of the calculation of the total cost of power losses obtained the smallest cost in the first year of Rp. 138,660,961 and the largest in the 10th year
