Abstract

The aims of this research to analyze the brand equity analysis of customer relationship management (empirical study at Pratama Bunga Arsari Clinic). The population in this research were all Bunga Arsari Pratama Clinic customers thatfor a year. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling by taking a total of 78 respondents. Data collection method uses personal questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this research have several findings, first, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on customer relationship management, the second is brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer relationship management, the third is brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer relationship management, and the fourth is product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer relationship management
