Abstract

Land availability for development interest is part of an arrangement in indonesia land to push forward or intensifying development.Target of development policy land availability for improving economic growth and social welfare.The purpose of this research to know land availability for the construction of The Adi Airport Soemarmo-Solo The Race In a Welfare State.Types of data on used covering primary and secondary data.This study juridical use of empirical approach.Used type penelitan descriptive research.Data analysis qualitative used are descriptive analysis.The data obtained in this research include literature field study and interview. This study in of the land availability for The Construction Of The Race Adi Airport Soemarmo-Solo Based On The Year 2012 No.2 On Procurement Of Land For The Development To Public Interest.In the land procurement policies must provide impact in the in the social, economic, and environment.
