The research diversity of e-banking adoption gives chance to develop a model which is well-suited to the observation setting in this research. This research verifies the relation between ease variable and risk variable toward individual's attitudes and intentions in utilizing e-banking, which is moderated by motivation in elaborating the information. Experimental method in this research is ordered to control the observation variables and participants involved in the research. They are 160 students of Economics and Business Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The calibration on the relation among variables in this research uses hierarchical regression analysis, and then the research shows that the intentions of e-banking adoption is influenced by ease of utilization, and the individual's attitude is moderated by motivation in elaborating the information. The outcome of this analysis then gives both theoretical, methodological, and practical implication although limitedness is still contained in the results of this research, then advanced recommendations is shown in this research.
