Abstract

Background : Low Back Pain Myogenic is a condition in which there is excessive muscle contraction in the lower back due to contraction or repetitive muscle use so that muscle tension. Objective : to know the results of therapy using infrared, trancutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and william flexion exercise in the case of Low Back Pain Myogenic. Result: after physiotherapy 3 times, there was a decrease of motion pain of T1: 4 to T3: 2, an increase in lumbar motion scope (LGS) Lumbal fleximotion T1: 7 cm to T3: 9 cm, extension T1: 3 cm to T3: 5 cm, side flexion dextra T1: 16 cm to T3: 18 cm, side flexion sinistraT1: 13 cm to T3: 17 cm. Conclusion : Infrared, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and william flexion exercise may decrease pain, increase joint motion (LGS), increase functional activity in the lower back.
