Abstract

This study aims to find out how work experience, work performance, and loyalty can affect job promotions in several companies. This type of research is a literature study or study conducted to solve a problem based on a critical and in-depth review of relevant library materials. The results of the study note that work experience provides learning and increased potential development in good behavior so as to provide a great opportunity for someone to do a better job. Company performance appraisal can take appropriate actions and can improve the skills and develop their employees, in accordance with the potential and talents and skills possessed by employees. Employees who are implemented loyal where they work must have a high level of loyalty indicated to have needs and expectations of the company where they work and are motivated when their expectations are met.
