Abstract
Mulia Hati Hospital - Wonogiri, otherwise known as Mulia Hati Wonogiri Hospital, is a public hospital located in Selogiri, Wonogiri, Central Java Province. The hospital is entered as a class D hospital. Although it is a new hospital in Wonogiri, it still has several shortcomings, including the capacity of inpatient rooms, narrow parking lots, the level of cleanliness is still not good and the atmosphere of the hospital is less calm to support the speed. patient recovery. With the aim is to get an overview of hospital techniques and management by studying and observing all activities that occur in the hospital.
