Abstract

This study describes the management of waqf which is carried out by the Muhammadiyah Branch Manager, Wuryantoro District, Wonogiri Regency as one of the waqf Nadzirs. The main problem in this research is how the Head of Muhammadiyah Branch of Wuryantoro Subdistrict as Nadzir in managing the donated land and whether the management of the donated land at the Muhammadiyah Branch Manager, Wuryantoro District is in accordance with Law No. 41 of 2004 and Government Regulation no. 42 of 2006. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of waqf in the Muhammadiyah Branch Management, Wuryantoro District, Wonogiri Regency and the suitability of the waqf management at the Muhammadiyah Branch Manager, Wuryantoro District, Wonogiri Regency with Law No. 41 of 2004. The research method used is a type of qualitative research. Sources of data used by researchers are primary data obtained through direct interviews with the chairman and members of the Muhammadiyah Branch of Wuryantoro District and secondary data in the form of profiles of the Muhammadiyah Branch Heads of Wuryantoro District. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the management of waqf at the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership, Wuryantoro District, Wonogiri Regency was in accordance with Law No. 41 of 2004 and Government Regulation no. 42 of 2006.
