Abstract

UD Nur Cahaya is a company engaged in the processing of meat into meatballs, in the process of supplying raw materials UD Nur Cahaya also has its own beef slaughter section to supply quality raw materials, in addition to providing quality raw materials UD Nur Cahaya also provides halal guarantees to the raw material. In the production process UD Nur Cahaya has potential risks. Therefore this study aims to identify risks in the UD Nur Cahaya supply chain process, determine the severity and occurance value of each risk that occurs and determine the appropriate risk mitigation strategy. This research was conducted using the House of Risk 2 phase method, the first phase is risk identification which then measures severity and occurance levels and calculates the aggregate risk potential (ARP) value. The second phase is risk management. After conducting research it was found that there were 13 risk events and 11 risk agents.
