Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the human development index, domestic investment, district minimum wages and inflation on the level of open unemployment in the Pati residency in 2013-2018. The data used in this study were sourced from the central statistical body (BPS). The method used is a panel data regression analysis by ditrict research objects in Pati residency in a coherent period of 6 years. Based on the panel data regression test results show that the human development index variable has a negative and significant effect on the level of open unemployment, while the domestic investment variable, district minimum wage and inflation have no significant effect on the level of open unemployment in the Pati residency in 2013-2018. The coefficient of determination of 0.771634 or 77.16% means that the variable level of open disturbance in the Pati residency can be explained by variations in the human development index variables, domestic investment, district minimum wages and inflation. While the remaining 22.84% is influenced by variations of other variables not included in the model
