Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the factors that affect the performance of the Public Service Agency Work Unit at the Indonesian Railroad Polytechnic, Madiun. The sample used in this study amounted to 118 respondents. The sampling method using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity, reliability, classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate the leadership style, motivation, and work discipline partially influence the performance of the Public Service Agency Work Unit at the Indonesian Railroad Polytechnic Madiun. While simultaneously, the leadership style, motivation, and work discipline significantly influence the performance of the Public Service Agency Work Unit at the Indonesian Railroad Polytechnic Madiun with a magnitude of influence of 43,7% and the remaining 56,3% is influenced by other variables.
