Abstract

The impact of shopkeeper marketing communication toward customer satisfaction on Bloods Distro Yogyakarta. The focus of the research is on the satisfaction of the customer toward the shopkeeper service on giving the information using the marketing communication on Distro Bloods. The purpose of the research is to find out customer satisfaction toward the marketing communication given by the shopkeeper on Distro Bloods. The marketing communication theory and customer satisfaction theory is used by the researcher in this research. The research approach of this research uses a quantitative approach using an explanative method. Purposive sampling technique non-probability uses 100 persons meanwhile, the object of the research is the impact of marketing communication that is used by the shopkeeper toward customer satisfaction. The researcher uses a simple linear regression to analyze the data. The result shows the satisfaction of the customer on Distro Bloods that declared high with the average statistic in 3,18 using descriptive test results. The marketing communication has significant value in the linear test by showing the result 0,187. The value 82,9% of customer satisfaction in the Distro Bloods is influenced by the shopkeeper marketing communication strategy.
