Abstract

This study aims to analyze Culture of Patient Safety Against Attitudes Reporting Patient Safety Incident at Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees of Nirmalasuri Hospital using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Leadership, Communication, and evidence-based has a positive and significant effect on attitudes reporting patient safety incidents at Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital. 2) Teamwork has a negative and significant effect on the attitude of reporting on patient safety incidents at Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital. 3) Focusing on patients, justice and learning have a negative but not significant effect on attitudes reporting patient safety incidents at Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital.
