Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of self-efficacy and social support with work readiness of final-level students. The hypotheses proposed in this study include: There is a relationship between self-efficacy and social support with the readiness of final-level student work. There is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness for final year students. There is a positive relationship between social support and work readiness for final year students. The method used is quantitative with a total sample of 149 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Measuring instruments use a scale consisting of self-efficacy scale, social support scale and work readiness scale. Data analysis uses multiple regression correlation techniques. Based on the results of the study there is a very significant relationship between self-efficacy and social support with the work readiness of final-level students. Based on the results of the categorization of the level of self-efficacy, social support and work readiness are classified as very high.
