Abstract

The tourism sector's activities are closely related to the business of providing tourist accommodation, Sukabumi City has a smaller number of tourism provider businesses compared to Sukabumi Regency. This indicates the under-development of the tourism sector in the City of Sukabumi, the lack of digital information on attractions in the City of Sukabumi makes the object less well known among the public society. Disseminating and Making Maps that are more interesting and interactive using StoryMaps will provide information of tourism objects in the City of Sukabumi, thereforet tourists will get information about the distribution of tourism objects. Drafting of Tourism Map in Sukabumi based on WebGis using StoryMaps contains information on the distribution of tourism objects, the distribution of Lodging and Hotels, then the Distribution of Cafes and Restaurants compiled using a shortlist display which is then combined in one cascade view to produce a web map address. Spatial analysis is used in this study because it relates to the distribution of locations which is one of the elements of regional geography.WebGis Development was built using storymap has the main title "Explore Sukabumi City Using the Tourism Map" containing the main information in the form of distribution of tourism objects in the City of Sukabumi and its surroundings, each object contains a description of the price of admission, facilities, operating hours, photos / videos, and addresses. The distribution of tourism objects in the City of Sukabumi which has 7 Districts is not prevalenly distributed, the dominance of tourism objects is in the District of Lembur Situ which have 4 objects and the District of Cibereum has no any tourism object. WebGis dissemination that has been built and produces a web address https://bit.ly/WisataKotaSukabumi , is disseminated through social media, such as: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
