Abstract

The research aims to analyse the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance with a proxy ownership of the management of financial performance with the Return on Asset (ROA) proxy of the mining sector company registered in IDX (period 2016-2018). The data used in this research is quantitative data where data is derived from annual report and produces 42 companies registered in the mining sector from 2016-2018 through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection method in this study used purposive sampling and obtained 20 samples. The analyses used in this study were multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS 24 software. Partially, Corporate Social Responsibility has no significant effect on financial performance, while Good Corporate Governance has a significant positive impact on financial performance. Simultaneously, Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance together have significant effect on financial performance.
